We can build from your plans on your lot or we offer a variety of floorplans that can be built "as is" or we will work with you to make the plan meet your needs. You will notice that there are no prices listed, as you can imagine it is especially difficult to forcast the price of new home construction during these trubulent times. In addition the location, local codes, etc. can have a marked effect on the final price of a new home. We would be happy to discuss building your new home and the costs involved.
